Will deliveries operate as normal over Bank Holidays?

Delivery services may be affected or closed on certain Bank Holiday dates.

Archive Business Centre is your local courier depot based in Leyland, providing customer service, parcel collection, and delivery solutions tailored to your needs. We work in partnership with APC Overnight, the UK’s largest independent parcel network, which gives us nationwide coverage with over 100 depots. In short, you get the personal support of a local team backed by the reach and reliability of a national overnight network.

The Fuel Charge is set at 10% for UK services and has been effective since Friday 1st April 2022.

Parcels can only be redirected with the sender’s approval. You cannot request redirection unless the sender authorises it.

You can track your parcel by registering for an account and logging into the customer area with your ID and password. You can do this here.

Account holders can access PODs via the online booking platform. Alternatively, contact your local depot to obtain it.

Most UK deliveries are made the next working day. Delivery times (selected by the sender) can be before 10:30, 12:00, or 17:00. Delivery attempts are between 08:00 and the selected time service.

No problem. You can rearrange delivery for another weekday (Monday to Friday) or choose to collect your parcel from your local depot at a time that suits you. Just follow the instructions on the card or use our APC Choice redelivery service to select your preferred option.
